Bressanone
Description
Bressanone was for almost eight centuries the seat of the prince-bishops and became quite early the artistic and religious center of Tyrol. Several monuments testify to the noble past of the town: the Baroque cathedral and the Gothic cloister decorated with precious frescos, the Bishop’s Palace, the parish church of St. Michele.
