The collegiate of San Candido

The church is among the highest expressions of Romanesque art in Tyrol. Dominating the interior is the majestic wooden group of the Crucifixion, a masterpiece that instills in the observer a feeling of deep respect. Beneath the altar is a fascinating three-aisled crypt.
